Let's consider the basics of a web site. As you already perceive a web site is an accumulation of pages that present information. There are advanced ways of creating a web site that are way beyond most people. If you have the need for a very advanced site and have the money it will cost, that is the way to go. But, if a very nice, functional website is what you desire you can do it yourself using a What You See Is what You Get, WYSIWYG, Web Builder. All WYSIYG Web Builders are not created equal. The one we recommend, the one this site was created with, is very economical and with a few basics understood, is very easy to learn.

This gray background helps you see even the white areas of the template components. Typically you would be working on a white background, but if you wanted you could put a white shape like this gray close fitted, pehaps with rounded corners, behind the template and then you could use a colored page background or image background.

Using the web builder you could clone this page over and over to add more content, or better yet use it as a "master page". With a master page it can be added quickly to any new page and any changes to the master page show up immediately on all pages that use that master.
At this point you could add a company slogan, logo. picture, whatever. The web builder has many things ready to use such as a scrolling marquee, artistic text
